Welcome to my little corner of the world. Since you found your way here, I'll give
you my thoughts of the top of my head whenever I get around to it. Topics may include
Metallica, music in general, an occasional mini-rant on wrestling, and just random thoughts
off the top of my head. Enjoy!
I know this page is in need of a redesign, and maybe one of these days, I'll
actually get around to doing something different with it. Until then, you're stuck with
this!
This is the 2003/2004 page. Here you can find the 2002 page.
And here you can find the old home page.

Holy cow, I haven't updated this site in a LONG freaking time, eh? Lots has changed in the past year or so, that's for sure. Like looking for a new job, for starters. Anyways, I started to slowly shift what I used to put on this site onto a new website, djp.angerinchicago.com last fall, but never got very far. Nonetheless, you can find some pictures and a few random things there.
Also, and slightly related, I'm also a founding member of the only Chicago-area local Chapter of The Metallica Club, Anger In Chicago, and you can find our website here.
That's about all for now. Maybe I'll update this page again someday... like if the Cubs win the
world series or something, right??
Check out some pictures from last Friday's Metallica
Summer Sanitarium concert in Detroit, on the 4th of July.
I've got pictures from my Arizona vacation online now.
I also went to a pair of concerts over the weekend, first to see the Red Hot
Chili Peppers with Queens of the Stone Age up in Madison, Wisconsin, and then to see
DISTURBED at the UIC Pavilion here in Chicago.
The Chili Peppers gig was fun, and a good show. The Disturbed show was incredible. They
were filming the whole concert for a live dvd release sometime later this year, and I
believe they may also have been filming a music video for the song "Liberate," which should
be pretty cool. They played the song twice to get extra footage to use, and since I was
reasonably close to the stage, especially the second time they played it, there's a pretty
fair chance my face may show up in a crowd shot somewhere in there. I'm looking forward
to seeing it. The coolest moment of the show for me, without question, was when the band
started their encore by playing a cover of Metallica's Fade to Black. They did a great
job, and I for one walked away thrilled.
I also found out about a week ago that I get to fly out to San Francisco the weekend
of my birthday to see the world's greatest band, Metallica, play a small show at the
Fillmore theatre on May 18th. I can't really describe how excited I am for this one. I get
to see my favorite band play in a very small venue, that certainly makes a very cool
day-early birthday present for me. And speaking of Metallica...
Check out some pictures from last Friday's Bulls-Wizards game
and Michael Jordan's last game in Chicago.
Hey, it's 2003, and I've got a new index page... how about that. There's not much
here just yet, but use the links above to check out the archives, and find some
pictures, too.
Take me Home!
Geocities is weird: This is supposed to show you the time this document was last updated on the server, but instead shows the last time you reloaded the page. Nothing I can do about it, gotta live with it.
