  • Websites

  • I have created many websites, mainly as a hobby, in both Flash and HTML. I have also worked as an administrator for the APS Estate Agents website, at www.askaps.co.uk. More of my websites can be viewed on the Links page.

  • Flash Web Work

  • I have created various works in Flash, from short cartoons and movies through to introductions to websites and full websites themselves, able to update themselves with XML that the user can interact with. I have also created small web-based games using Flash for the user to play on through their browser. You can view one of my Flash projects, a small early portfolio, here.

  • VRML

  • Using VRML I have created a few environments and objects that the user is able to view, study and move about over the Internet. One such environment can be found here. Using such technology, it could be quite easy to create a building (exterior and interior), or even a car with interactive doors and radio (again, both exterior and interior). You will require the Cortana plug-in, from here.

  • Desktop Publishing

  • I am familiar with most desktop publishing programs, allowing me to create striking posters, brochures or advertisements quickly and easily. Two early examples can be found here and here. You can also view a postcard-size advert I made for The Light shopping complex in Leeds here.

  • Computer generated graphics

  • With CGI becoming ever more popular, I am familiar with several programs and environments, such as Maya, TrueSpace and Blender. These allow me to create high-quality virtual sets, from which pictures can be taken from any angle, or even full animations. You can view one of my very early renders here.

  • Editing

  • I am familiar with several programs for editing both sound and video, including CoolEdit, VirtualDub and others. These allow me to take existing sound and video and edit them together however necessary.
