There are also many Brands that you can purchase RC cars from. You can find cars and trucks that are either on-road or off-road, electric or gas, big or small. It all depends on the preference of the buyer. They can at times be pricy, but it all depends on the vehicle, and how well treated it is. Beware, that they can hard to find parts for the older models so the best chance is to start with a newer model. They are extremely fun and enjoyable. To find some places that sell these, check out the sites at the right. History: The introduction of these RC cars came around about the early 1980's and has been a hit since then. The cars and trucks have improved greatly and are still being modified to better performance. The first rc cars were electric and are now both electric and gas. With the improvements that have been made, these cars can be upgraded to reach as much as 100mph. Not all will run that fast, but it is possible. |
