| Membership dues are $10 for regular member, and $100 for Lifetime membership.� Lifetime members only need to pay once. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Membership is open to all high school and college graduates of the University of San Carolos and the Colegio de San Carlos in Cebu City Philippines.� Membership is also open to individuals that have studied at USC for at least two years. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
