| 1. Do Excercise!!! (atleast 3 times a week); Do excersice that challenges you atleast 3 times a week. The rest of the days stay active dont just lie around the house doing nothing, walk somewhere that is just around the corner instead of drive there. If you have little kids or siblings play with them, my baby brother is tireless!! | ||||||||||||||||||||||

| 2. Eat less; This comes a no surprise! No but seriously im not trying to be sarcastic, the first few days are the hardest after that your stomach shrinks so your body wont get hungry as easily/fast. | ||||||||||||||||||||||

| 3. Drink Water; Atleast a bottle a day if you dont already do so. Sounds like a little bit but to this soda addict it is no piece of cake. Work up to 2 bottles when you can. Also cut down/eliminate your soda and juice intake they have way too much sugar! | ||||||||||||||||||||||

| 4. Make Plans; This I like this one becuase if your just trying to loose weight in general you dont really have a specific goal to accomplish. If you have a plan you feel more pressure to meet your deadline. It's like a school project or a work asignment. Give it importance and revision just as you would these things! | ||||||||||||||||||||||

| Recipes; Congri with Brocoli and Eggs: Heat up a can of black beans in a pot fill up the empty can with water and add it to the pot add some salt and a little bit of olive oil ( i use EVOO), bring to a boil. Put in 1 1/2 cups of clean and rinsed out rice cover amd leave rice to rise. In a lightly oiled skillete put in half of a small onion, few cloves of garlic, half of a bell pepper???? and some cilantro and laurel leaves all of these should be chopped up very well before adding (you can add other spices as desired) move around in skillet and when it starts to smell really good add a bit tomato paste. When done add to rice and beans (by this time the rice should not have risen completely yet) You can do this before putting the rice and beans to cool and add it after the salt and olive oil. In a seperate pot steam some brocolli (yummi im getting hungry) till its how you like it. After your done using the skillet cook an egg as you like it. Serve yourself a heaping 1 cup of rice 1 1/2 cups pf brocoli and the egg. Man I think i will have the same thing tonight, so deliciouse!!! |
