How to Make Lavender Honey Ice Cream

Ingredients:

1 cup milk
4 oz lavender honey
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup heavy cream

Whisk the egg yolks and cream in a bowl until mixed. In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil. Stir in the honey and return to boil. Add the boiling milk to the mixture and continue to whisk briskly. Strain into an electric ice cream maker and churn. Put in the freezer until the mixture sets. Ice cream!
