How to Make Lavender Honey |

In a jar, this makes a nice gift any time of year.
Ingredients:
Fresh or store bought honey
12 stems fresh or dried lavender blossoms
Saucepan
Sieve
Warm the honey in the saucepan over medium heat. Add the lavender blossoms. Do not bring to a boil! Keep stirring until nice and hot. Strain out the lavender and place the honey in a jar.
This would make a nice gift. Decorate the jar following the instructions in Tub Tea. Place a couple stems of fresh or dried lavender into the bow.
