About Our Family

 Danny Wayne and Benita Lynn were wed on Friday, November 28, 1997 at the West Liberty Church of Christ.  Now over 8 happy years later we live in the home that Danny Wayne’s grandparents built over 30 years ago.  Danny Wayne has two older children, Erica Lynn now age 16 and Olivia Elizabeth now age 14.  On October 31, 1999, our daughter Cailtlyn Gayle was born.  She is now 6.  Then on October 20, 2003 God blessed us with a son Dylan Wayne Akers who is now 2. 

Wayne works at Morgan County ARH hospital.  He has worked there for the past 15 years, over the years he has worked in many different areas of the hospital.  He is currently working in the Maintenance Department. 

Benita’s work experience includes 2 years working for a Home Health agency.  When she left there she worked as a receptionist in a doctor’s office for 4 years.   While working at the doctor’s office, she gained many experiences, which also included nursing duties.  Benita’s skills as a Nurse Aide and Phlebotomist really paid off. 

In 2004 she was offered a job as a Family Support Worker at the local Health Department in the Hands Program.  With a job that had better hours and benefits she left the doctors office and went to work for the Hands Program.

 In August of 2005, Benita & Wayne decided that it would be more beneficial for Benita to stay home and take care of the children and home.  Today she enjoys being home with her children and caring for the family. 

Erica is a Junior in High School.  She enjoys playing in the high school band and playing her guitar. 

Olivia is in the 8^th grade and ready for high school.  Libby is in the school band. 

Cailtyn  is in Kindergarten.  She enjoys school and playing. 

Dylan  spends his days at home with mommy.  His day consists of playing and napping.
