This is me on my first day in my new home. I didn't know what was in store for me at this point. This is my new mommy holding me and my new grandma is flashing a strange device at me that I heard them call a 'camera'. Earlier on this day, my new mommy and my new Grandpa came and picked me up I had just gotten a bath at my old home and I smelled just like roses. I was so proud to be going to my new home. I knew that I would miss my old home, my siblings and my canine mommy, but I was still very excited about all the new things I would be seeing and learning! |

This is me starting to sniff out my new environment. Every time I move though.. that camera thing keeps flashing in my face. Something tells me that I am going to have to get use to that thing... |

This is me after my first day at my new home. Boy was I tired. I was so tired I passed out asleep on my back! |

My first week at my new home was a hard one for both me and my new parents. I had just gotten a shot and I wasn't feeling too well. I didn't eat right for about a week and I had my new mommy so worried we cried and howled together because I wouldn't eat. So, mommy called my previous owner and my new parents took me to her and she got me feeling better. I stayed with my old owner for one week and she got me feeling better by giving me some antibiotics and feeding me some 'ensure' and cat food. I was happy to be back at my old house, but I really missed my new mommy and daddy. They came and picked me up after I had been gone a week. I was so happy when I saw them I almost wiggled out of my old owners arms. I was feeling so much better! I felt so good I bit my new mommy's hands all the way home. She even had to put her gloves back on so that I couldn't bite her fingers. They got me home and put me down on the floor in front of my food bowl and I ate the whole bowl!! I have never seen mom and dad so happy! So, now I try daily to make them happy by eating us out of "house and home" according to mom... |
