Hey all you key Clubbers, just wanted to let you know of some upcoming events.
Next Friday, there will be a Date Auction/Shakey's Night. The date auction will be for the Valentine's Dance on February 10th. The Valentine's date will be at the AAA building next to the 10 freeway @ 9550 Flair Dr. El Monte.

is from 6-9pm, its the one on Las Tunas.

Dear fellow Key Clubbers, Presidents, and Secretaries,
I would like you all to do a favor for me please. Please ask your principal if your school would be willing to lend out the school gym to about 40 people (KCers) coming from the Sacramento area...woah, i know, that's a far way. They are coming down to decorate for Rose Floats on the 29th and 30th. They need a place to sleep on the night of the 29th...and hotel cost skyrocket around this time. Hello Key Clubs!
The Alhambra Public Library will be hosting a booth, (either entitled "Snowed in with a Good Book" or "Snowbooking") at Alhambra's Winter Wonderland on December 2, 2000 from 10-5 pm. Snow will be brought in for the little kids to play with and many organizations will have booths there. We will need volunteers to blow up balloons, give out goodies and pass on the word about libraries. Please e-mail me back if you can help us....we have one hour shifts 2-3 volunteers at a time available. For more information call 626-570-5079 ext. 5606. Thank you for your support and interest!

Dearest Presidents and friends, Sign up and register your club for ROSE FLOAT Decorating ASAP! GEt it done! It is worth your time and effort, believe me! You won't regret the time you spend at the floats. A copy of the registration form can be found at www.kiwanisrosefloat.com. Margo Dutton (our Regional advisor and the lady in charge of the floats) will need from you the registration form, and the your club must be willing to work for the entire shift that you sign up for. Go to the site and get the registration form, get started and pick a day or days to volunteer at this awesome event! See YOUR float on TV!

Divisional Webpage is up! Right now the page is pretty bare, but in a couple of weeks, it will be fully up. Currently, the only things up are the News, Calendar, and Clubs section. If you guys have pictures, suggestions, or comments, e-mail your tech chair.
