Welcome to this beautiful vacation villa and enjoy a great time at Disney!

Booking instructions

1. If you are interested, please email disneyvilla658@yahoo.com
for availability.  We will quickly respond your request.

2. If the dates are available, please print out two copies of the
short term rental agreement, fill them out and sign, then mail back
to us along with $250 deposit in either personal check, cashier's
check or money order.  We will provide the mailing address later.
MEANWHILE please send another email or call us to soft lock the
dates.

3. Once we receive the signed agreement along with the deposit, we
will send you an email confirmation and the booking procedure is
completed.  A signed copy of rental agreement will also be
returned to you.

4. The full payment due 30 days before your vacation.

5. The $250 deposit is fully refundable within 7 days after your vacation subjected to no damage to the house.
