| MESSAGES All you foreign trained doctors.............hang in there. You are doing fine. You will get used to us and the way we do things. We need you.!! My workplace must be the only one in the world which practices 'Wage Recovery 2001'.....it means after getting instructions from the Civil Service, we should practice their wage restraints ( though no one remotely suggested we should get 3 months bonus when the economy was good, just as with the Civil Service ) So for the next 12 months, our pay will be deducted. So many doctors are trying to GET OUT of Medicine. And the government is trying to get graduate suckers to enter graduate medical school. |
