> Each day we are all bombarded with messages on the hard work we need to do
> that day, the productivity goals we need to accomplish, the tasks we need
> focus on etc etc.
>
> Well, this is not one of those messages..........................:-)
>
> This is a message to ask you all to start having some fun at work.
>
> A Happy employee is a Productive employee.
>
> So, starting today we are introducing the Operations Department "7th
> inning stretch" month that will stretch from Sept to the end of
October.
>
> What does this mean?
>
> This means that each day at 3:00 we are all required to:
>
> STAND UP AND STRETCH!!
>
> STRETCH YOUR MUSCLES AND SMILE AS YOU DO IT!
>
> Keep in mind you may still keep your work going, just stand up and stretch
> as you go through the work.
>
> Today (and everyday till the end of October) at 3:00 ~~ Smile,
Stretch
> and relieve some of the stress you have every day!

How do you make an employee happy? Pay him more?
nah....
Give him less work to do..?
No no no..
Give him work that means something? Wrong again.
To make an employee happy, you should....
TEACH HIM AEROBICS!!!!!!!!!!!
Um...yes, this is hell.
