Question -- How will my order appear on my credit card statement?
Answer -- Your Stamina-Rx order will be discreetly billed as PayPal.com.

Question -- How is my Stamina-Rx order shipped?
Answer -- We ship all orders discreetly. There will be no identifiable markings on the package. The contents inside will be unknown by anyone seeing only the outside of the package. We ship all small Retail orders via the United States Postal Service. We can ship your order regular or priority. Wholesale and large orders are shipped via UPS. There is an additional fee for COD orders, which must be paid with Certified Funds. COD is only available in certain geographical areas. Please inquire as to if your area is included.

Question -- How long will my order take to ship?
Answer -- Orders generally arrive 5 - 10 business days after they were placed, although you have the option to ship them priority mail for faster delivery.

Question -- Do you accept orders from outside of the U.S.?
Answer -- Please inquire because we handle foreign orders on a country by country basis. If you live in a country that poses a problem we will contact you after your order is made.

Question -- Is your website secure?
Answer -- Yes, all transactions occur on a 128 bit-encrypted connection provided by GeoTrust and are verified by Authorize.net. To verify that we have a properly functioning SSL encryption you can click on the GeoTrust seal along the left side of this page.

Question -- What forms of payment do you accept?

Question -- Do you store my credit card number?
