| [33] God seems to play hide-and-seek with us. He makes us find him then he looks for us. I love to think that God was also found by the millions of people who lived before Christ. But I feel privileged to have been sought by God instead of I seeking him. Lord, the prophet did not find you in the wind
and in fire but in a gentle breeze. You are often found in the least expected
places. You are in me and around me, in the least of my neighbors. I thank
you for the gift of believing that it was you who chose us. Everything
comes from you, even my seeking. |
