What do you get when you take two former Evangelion pilots, an alcoholic robot, and your average Joe, and stick them on a satellite in high orbit and make them read bad stories?

Well, you end up with something along the lines of...

Mystery Eva Theater 3001!

"Hello? Is anyone there? Can anyone hear me?"

"Are you *still* trying to call somebody on Earth, baka Shinji?"

"Well, Miss High-and-Mighty Second Child, at least Shinji's trying to accomplish something. Unlike you, who sits around all day, and carries on about stupid stuff."

"Well, it beats doing nothing at all, Mark! At least I'm not lying in the corner, boozing it up like that baka robot Bender all day!"

"Hey, I reshent that r'mark." [hic]

"Well, we'd better hurry up and finish what we're doing before the Big Cheese and the forty-nine Ninja Crows come calling..."

The Cast!

Mark - Former Lancer(read: footsoldier) of D.S.E., he's now stuck on the Satellite of D.S.E. and participating in Disaster's experiments in order to pay off a multi-million credit fine. He's not enjoying it all that much, but at least he's not alone...

Shinji Ikari, Asuka Langley-Sohryu - Former Eva pilots. For some strange reason, Disaster stuck them on the satellite. Oh, well. They were rather bored after Third Impact happened, anyway...

Bender - Cigar-smoking, beer-swilling, foul-mouthed robot from an alternate-31st century Earth. Disaster kidnapped him, because he was led to believe that "every Satellite should have a robot onboard." Go figure.

Disaster - (Former?)Head of Disaster's Suspicious Enterprises, now runs the experiment that Mark and his compatriots are currently participating in. Enjoys flaming lackwits in his spare time. ~_O

TV's Rei #'s 1-49 - Disaster's assistants in his underground lab. Each TV's Rei clone acts the same...or is it all just an act?

The Experiments!

Episode-01: In which our MiSTers riff the heck out of "Shoujo Kakumei Pokemon", and wonder repeatedly why Brock never closes his eyes.(Read the original version, too - it's a hoot!)

...Pay-per-view?!?!?

I'm also doing "pay-per-view" episodes(namely of stuff I wouldn't MiST regularly, such as chat logs, spams, etc. -- even my own fics!), meaning that there will be a cost for you to read them. Don't worry, though -- all it costs you is an e-mail message asking me for the one you want. It's that easy. Here's what I currently have available:

PPV Episode #1: "Touched By An Evangelion" -- or, why authors should not riff their own work.

Remember, all you have to do to get the PPV MiSTing of your choice is to send me an e-mail message with the names of the ones you want, and I'll try to get back to you as soon as I'm able!
