For any type of project, both of the agreed parties are aware of the following:
1. Each photographic session consists of two individual parts:
Copyrights: The copyrights for each project belong to the production company   for security or/and promotion reasons, and that is confirmed and accepted by the signing of this agreement from the photographer and the model .The promotion is limited only for the agreed use  shown   in  the front page.
a.The work (labour) for which the production company is responsible for any kind of payments and
b.The
copyrights which are extracting and belong to the production company, under the agreed restrictions
Work: The production company undertakes each project and is responsible for the payments of the agreed prices for  the work of the model (except of tests and model's portfolio),the photographer and any other party (such as make-up artist, stylists etc.) The payment can often take place through the photographer  on behalf of the production company.
d. Renewals and any changes of this agreement, in the future, can only happen between the model and the production company,(or the photographer on behalf of the production company) and not only through the communication with the agency of the model, unless it is advised so in written, by the model, in this agreement. If the first booking though, had taken place through an agency, the production company will first contact this agency in case of need for any changes according to any new demands, but it would be impossible to act without the approval of the model as well.
a. The original extracting material from each project can be in different forms and formats of photographic negatives, slides, instant prints, digital files and films, computer memory or video stills  which in this agreement are under the name extracting material. The term model is describing either a professional model or any person who temporary stands in front of the camera.
e. In case that the model has participated in a project without being represented by any agency and later on appears, for any reason, that now it is or/and at that time was represented by an
agency, the production company does not recognise any type of representation, since this agreement has been signed by the model, without mentioning this agency, which is the model's responsibility to do so. This could be a problem that should be solved between the model and the agency.
f. The production company will occasionally return to the models with proposals from new horizons of the promotion of the material, if it was advised so, with the aim to upgrade this agreement, which could only be possible by the written approval of the model by a new agreement and will also control and protect the material in the best and secure  way. If, in any case, illegal actions take place from any part, the production company will execute, in all legal ways and own expenses, the violators compensating the ones who have the right, and this is the confirmation for the security of both photographer and model which comes together with the signing of this agreement as a guarantee.
b. This agreement comes at least in two copies, signed by both parties and one is  given to the model and the other is kept for the production company.
c. In the case that the model is represented by an agency, the model still has to sign this agreement since a booking has already been confirmed by the agency. A copy of this agreement
can also be sent to this agency.
