| By the signing of the agreement, both photographer and model are satisfied with their work and with the agreed prices, and agree to transfer the copyrights to the �production company� for further negotiations and promotion in the agreed media , under the restrictions shown on the front page of this agreement for the specific use or uses of the material. Therefor the �production company� is the owner of the copyrights, after the signing of this agreement, can negotiate, promote the material with no other financial obligation to the photographer or the model, regardless the profit or loses, in the market internationally (if they are not restrictions agreed concerning the geographic area) for unlimited time (if they are no restrictions agreed concerning the time), for the agreed media, under the restrictions, instructions and limitations of the ticked boxes explaining below, unless another written mutual agreement will take place replacing this one. It is also understood and considered natural, that pictures of this category can automatically be used in a portfolio, only for the promotion of the model ,by the model or its agent, other model's personal use and the portfolio of the photographer, with no any other agreement needed to be placed. |
| By signing this agreement, ticking this category, both photographer and model agree that the reason for taking the pictures is for the model to use them in a portfolio and also agree to transfer the copyrights for portfolio usage to the �production company� .In this case the �production company� is selling the right to the model for using the material for personal use only such as a portfolio .The responsible for the payment is the model. Only after the full payment of the model, for the agreed price, to the �production company� or the photographer (on the behalf of the �production company�), the �production company� can give the right to the model for using the pictures in a portfolio or any other personal use, with no time or geographic restrictions. The extracting material can not be used as a publishing material by any party (photographer, model, the �production company� or other) in any case, unless another mutual written agreement will take place in the future, replacing this one. |
| By signing this agreement as Test, is only an indication for the nature of the pictures. This is the case that the photographer wants to test any new equipment, new location or any new model for a possible future work. In this case there is no payment involved (neither for the photographer nor for the model, same as from the photographer or from the model). The extracting material can not be used as a publishing material by any party (photographer, model, the �production company� or other) in any case, unless another mutual written agreement will take place in the future, replacing this one. Note: In the case of Test, it is not necessary (unless for some reason is required) such an agreement to be signed. It is clear that the material can not be published before the model agrees on that, regarding media, usage fees, etc and the final approval by signing an agreement of this kind, or any similar one. |

| For the convenient simplicity any company who undertakes the project is called the ��production company��.In case that no other company or person is involved, the term ��production company�� is referring to the photographer. |
