| Hey there guys! October 27, 2003 Wow! What a year! So much has happened...good and bad. I've started GSU and it's definitely different than I expected. But I've met some really cool people (scoring brownie pts with Sara, Phillip, and Jessie here ;p ). You have four groups of people there: frat guys and sorority girls, potheads, smart people, and weirdos. Haven't decided which exactly I fit into yet. I'm leaning towards "smart people." Man, I'm self-conceited! Oh well, who cares?...... I like most of my classes. English rules. Geology sucks big time. There's only so much you can do with rocks. Then when you have a crappy teacher.....well, you're just screwed. That's the point where I am now. But I'll survive. At least I have my English and that just makes everything alllll better :D Friday is Halloween! Can you believe it?! This means Christmas is only two months away...I can't wait! I think I'm going to be Tigger for Halloween. Haven't started on the costume yet...hehe (procrastinator me, I know). If not T-i-double g-er, then I'm either going to go as a vampire or creepy masked person (sounds elaborate, doesn't it?..hehe) I'll figure it out Friday morning :p. November 5th I'm going to Monsters, Inc on Ice. Then on November 21st I'm going to *drum roll inserted here* JOHN MAYER!!! Yee-haw! I'm so excited! Now if someone will just give me backstage passes I'll be hysterical. Any givers out there? :D Went to the circus last night with my baby cousin. She learned how to "roar" like the lions (she calls them tigers). She's soooo cute. She's growing up so fast. Why can't she stay 2 forever? I can't wait til my best friend Shae comes home from Ga Southern. I miss her sooo much. She's tempting me to start going to school down there so we'll be with each other...hehe. But then I'll be away from Daniel. Oh well...he's not that important (jk) :p. Oh! Update on the Pulmonary Embolis. Had a CT Scan done of my lungs about 2 weeks ago. Turns out the clot is completely gone! :D Though I do still have alot of pain that they don't know if I'll ever get rid of. I'm trying to come off the fentanyl now. They have me taking Methadone to try to get me off of being addicted to drugs. Wa-hoo! I'm a drugie! LEGALLY THOUGH!!!!!! I can't wait to be completely off the shit. Then I'll be able to actually pay attention to things and not be high all the time. It's 6:30 am and I have class at 1pm. This staying up all night is killing me. Or should I say this procrastination is killing me. Then I could turn around and blame it on Daniel for making me hang out with him and not do my work. Or blame it on Prof. Rogers for giving me the work. Hmm...one of life's biggest questions: what is killing Bridgett. Hey! I know what! I'll turn it into a movie. I can see it now: "Kill Bridgett...Starring Bridgett herself. Who is going to suceed in killing Bridgett? Will it be the teacher with the candlestick or Mr. Procrastinator with the rope? Go waste $8 and find out!" I'd be a movie star! LOL Can't you tell how tired I am just from reading that? LOL I actually can't think of anything else to say. Oh, the whole picture page will be sometime. Not promising if it'll be tomorrow, next month, next year, or when I'm 89. Just saying, it will be up. Well, I gotta get some sleep toni- ugh I mean this morning. I have to be somewhat functional just to be able to make it down there to GSU. November 23, 2003 Howdy All! I have had the best week in a long time. Thursday afternoon while on my way from GSU I won John Mayer tickets from Q100. I already had two tickets (for me and Sara) but these were better. So I gave the old tickets to my cousins, Christy and Rachel. So, I was very excited about winning those. Then on Thursday night I went to hang out up at Southern Poly with Daniel, Kenny, and some more of Daniel's friends. When waiting around to go bowling, Daniel and I went to play in the Student Center. We played pool, air hockey (reigning champion :D ), and Ping Pong. I learned I'm actually pretty good at Ping Pong, which is a total suprise seeing as how the last time I attempted to play I ended up knocking the ball across the room...hehe. Then we went bowling. It was a complete blast. From getting knocked off the chair onto the floor by Kenny and me barely getting a score high enough to beat Daniel on the first game to stealing the guys' hats and fighting to keep them, it was the most fun I'd had in a while. For the first time I felt as if I really was liked by Daniel's friends. Last night was the John Mayer concert. It was amazing. I got really great pictures of it. He's so adorable. He kept making these really cute faces (example: the line where it says "Smiling cause I'm scared as hell" in No Such Thing, he did this really cute smile). If he wasn't already my favorite singer ever, he would be now. It was definitely one of the best concerts I've been too. There was some really cool people that was sitting beside me. First off, they kept admiring my camera and my pictures (major brownie points..hehe). Then one of the dudes went to the bathroom and came back and was like "Man! There's like 30 girls in the guy bathroom! I couldn't use it, I got stage fright!"...LOL. He was hilarious. Then some couple started making out in front of us and the guys beside me was like "Hey! Don't do that here. Get outta here, go to that somewhere else. Move down and do it in front of someone else!" LOL. Well, Guess that's enough rambling for now.....I shall post again soon ~Bridgett~ |
