| ALBINISM IN PROCELLARIIFORMES | ||||||||||||
| Various degree of albinism has been noted in Calonectris diomedea. The most common are white feathers on the head. Some birds have white primary feathers, wing coverts and tail feathers. A juvenile albino Cory's Shearwater taken off the North East coast of Malta forms part of the National Collections at the Natural History Museum, Mdina. (see photo above) | ||||||||||||
