These characters I do not own they are the property of Rumiko Takahashi and Shonen Sunday comics Japan. They are taken from pages of the first three chapters of the eighteenth bunko book. The chapters are entitled Ai to Yuuki no Hana Ichi-rin, or "The flower of Love and Bravery," which was a three part story where Inaba has to go through an obstacle course in the subspace world and asks Shinobu to be his partner, and some of the obstacles deal with not only bravery but proving his love for her. This is such a fun enjoyable little series within the series. I have no idea how many times I've read it over and over. |

A really cute, serious close-up of Inaba, explaining to Lum, Ataru, and Shinobu his motives for undergoing the test of the Destiny Management Bureau. (He's only doing it to get Shinobu to be his, thus the implied sweatdrop) ^_^; |

This is a funny moment after the gang somehow ends up in a public bath house with bare naked chicks all over the place. Ataru (in the background) is getting zapped by Lum from overexcitement, and the courteous and polite Inaba covers his face for a minute w/ his hood. He's clearly embarrassed in the box below when he's stuttering with his paws together, da da da datte....I would be too if I were him! |

Aww...a cute moment together floating in subspace. Shinobu isn't wearing the bunny suit that lets her fly around so he's holding onto her so tight. ^_^ She's a bit upset at the left because earlier he almost kissed a mermaid when they were underwater; but it was to save her life because the mermaid's hair was gripping Shinobu's ankle and the mermaid bribed him!! |

One of my favorite pictures in part 3, it's blurry because the actual picture is smaller than two by one inches and it's really really close up. This part is right before Inaba explains to her not to be so easily jealous because everything he was doing in that world was for her. I like how he's holding onto her even though she's tough-as-nails; no man in the whole series has ever kept her in their grip like he has. |

This is actually the second-to-last page in part three after Inaba got the crap beaten out of him by a giant inflated monster with boxing gloves to keep her safe. He got whooped pretty bad in the bottom right panel, (if you look close you can see a tooth dropping out) but he's still smiling because he knows he did what he had to do for Shinobu. The flowers he gives her are shaped like butterflies, you can see a single one in the second panel at the top. ^_^ |
