El estudia de manera autodidacta desde los 17 a�os analizando bajistas como Steve Harris, Stu Hamm, Billy Sheehan, Marcus Miller, Randy Coven y otros..
Participa de bandas underground como Street, Doble pasion, es convocado por Walter Giardino para el proyecto Temple, pero el no se incorpora debido a diferencias musicales.
Participa junto a Charly Vega y Fabian Spataro en el proyecto de homenaje a Ynwie Malmsteen llamado Black Star.
Funda Damnation en 1999 y desde entonces mantiene la banda que cambia 2 veces de integrantes y debido a problemas legales en 2004 cambia de nombre por Oceano de Sangre.

Dicta clases de dibujo en escuelas y ense�a electric bass desde 1988.
Desarrollo un curso de electricbass para el estudio a distancia.
Yakko realiza un seminarion curso de 3 a�os de bajo lectrico en la escuela tecnica N5 de
Temperley, auspiciado por la fundacion Bank Boston.
