My piece "Embracing II" reflects my interest in the human form, as well as emotional aspects of my work.  The piece originated from a drawing I had done that was about my boyfriend narrowly avoiding injury in a car accident. The arms are supposed to be my arms trying to hold on to him and keep him  safe from injury.
