And as in every other season, there is a new type of Digi-vice. This season, it's called a D-Arc. And instead of finding crests or Digi-eggs to Digivolve with, this time they use cards! Yes, it may sound a little strange, but by using some kind of blue card, the Digimon can Digivolve! All the Digidestined have to do is put one into the D-Arc, and depending on the different card they use, their Digimon can Digivolve. With this, the Digidestined have a better strategy to fighting. Using cards to Digivolve explains why the new Digivices are called D-Arcs. Just rearrange the letters in D-Arc.... and you find the word "cards"! Some people think that Digimon is getting to look more like Pokemon, but it isn't. (Not that there's anything wrong with Pokemon. I like Pokemon, but Digimon is way better! ^_~). Some of Series 3 may LOOK like Pokemon, but it proves to be a promising season, just as the other two were. Since this is for real and is in the real world where you can watch the Digimon TV show, the other Digidestined are certainly not going to be in this Season. The villain this time is Impmon, who is capable of digivolving to Beezlemon, but there is little information known about him yet.
