Mason is the self-proclaimed leader of the Core Kids; later in the series Kana officially chooses Mason as the leader.
Mason is loud, and rash. He rushes head first in to most things, almost never thinking things through. He is very open about most things, and very attached to his family, though he rarely speaks about them.
He attends a private school along with his cousin, Erika.
