I began breeding miniature aussies about 6 years ago. I am a hobby breeder and my fulltime job is a special education teacher. My current group consists of 3 boys + 7 girls. We have 5 acres, so our dogs have plenty of room to run + play. We do not have kennels -- all of our dogs sleep inside the house with my family ( Husband + 4 children ) My daughter is my puppy "Socializer." She climbs into the pen with the pups each day + holds and cuddles them. The pups are also raised in my house -- so they are very used to common household noises (ie: vaccuum cleaners, etc.) The main priority in my breeding program is good temperment. I want pups that will leave here + make great family pets! I also breed with conformation in mind + strive, for that small size with nice heavy bone + true aussie "look." All of our dogs have their eyes cleared by CERF ( Canine Eye Registry Foundation ) And each year they have hips rated by OFA. I guarantee my pups against hereditary defects. This breed makes a wonderful addition to your family!
