Participated in a project to link the mainframe to the Web. Implemented server-side programs to handle inquiries and update customer and account information on the mainframe in response to Web applications. Responsibilities included design and development of several new online transactions and adding a new segment to the account database.
Implemented an affinity credit card. Responsibilities included documentation of the new product and modification of existing processcontrol tables.
Added a new database segment to the CIS customer information database. This new segment is used to support Preferred Retail (ultra) customers. Specific assignments were: 1. Extracting on-line transactions in real time and sending them to the Relationship Marketing System. 2. Adjusting the customer de-dupe process to accommodate Preferred Retail customers.
