The scope of the work at M&T included all aspects of the development
process:
· Analysed current practice and authored several high-level design documents..
· Estimated the required resources.
· Briefed management and participated in discussions regarding the proposed
approach.
· Authored functional and technical design documents
· Accomplished the programming and testing of modifications and new processes.
· Accomplished the production implementation of modifications and new
processes.
Implemented a report to provide statement-like transaction detail to a set of accounts held in trust at the bank for customers of a large funeral home. This report was used to improve customer service for several thousand customers representing a 20 million dollar portfolio.
Implemented a report to provide the precise whereabouts in terms of profitability center of deposits in the Lease Security portfolio. This report is used to improve and verify the assignment of profitability for a 200 million dollar portfolio of deposits.
Implemented a report of commercial customer relationships to expose problems resulting from a data conversion for a recent acquisition. This report was used by the commercial bank to improve service for the newly acquired customers.
Improved the accuracy and efficiency of the data integrity process for commercial customers. In addition to program modifications, this project involved a lead role and participation with a large group of users in testing, regression testing and verification.
