Provided 24X7 production support and problem resolution for HOGAN CIS/RPM during Deposits version 2.0 conversion and Y2K processing. Solely responsible for the success of RPM production processing.

The technician who had been the long time supporter of the RPM application left the bank in December 1999. The client required coverage on an emergency basis. Despite an expensive Y2K project by outside consultants, the customer was concerned about Y2K problems. In December, 1999, responsible for setting up a test simulation of account analysis for the first RPM cycle of Y2K. Several problems related to embedded (non-Date Services) date processing code effecting accruals were caught and debugged.

Fixed program problems which occurred in the post-cycle Focus file processing and this affected incentive compensation for bank employees.
