Logs:
Homecomings:
After being out of town for several weeks, busy with his own business
in Bludhaven as a Police Officer and the city's vigilante protector
Nightwing, Dick Grayson finally returns to his true home, Gotham City
and Wayne Manor. And there he runs into an old friend...
An
Evening's Walk: Once again home in Gotham, Dick goes for a walk
through the city despite the chilly evening, reacquainting himself with
his old home... and for a change getting a chance to venture through
the night darkened streets not as Robin or Nightwing, but as Dick Grayson...
When
Old Friends Meet: Once again reacquainted with his old home of Gotham,
Dick takes to the rooftops of the city in his identity of Nightwing,
helping to keep the streets of Gotham safe in his own fashion. And in
the process of doing so, runs into an old friend...
Batman
has a Bodyguard?: Returning from an evening of patrols through Gotham
City, Dick ventures into Wayne Manor hoping to run into his once guardian
Bruce Wayne. But instead he encounters a rather unexpected surprise...
Too
Long Between Visits: Having been in Gotham for a couple of days
now and having managed to catch up with many of his old friends, Dick
decides to drop in on one of his oldest and dearest friends, Barbara
Gordon, the one time Batgirl and now known as Oracle amongst the Superhero
community...
A
Walk in the Park: Once again patrolling Gotham City as it rests
beneath a veil of stars and clouds, Nightwing finds himself in Robinson
Park... and stumbles across a familiar figure while sweeping through
the mostly deserted park...
The
Mad Hatter's Tea Party: Acting on information they gathered about
the whereabouts of the recently escaped Jervis Tetch, otherwise known
as the Mad Hatter, Nightwing and Batgirl meet up at the abandoned amusement
park known once as Happy Land, unaware that the evening will prove quite
a bit more dangerous then they could ever imagine...
And
in the Night, A Child Cries: The arrest of the Scarecrow doesn't
end Nightwing's long night, and even the escape of the Mad Hatter and
Bane are of a lesser concern right now. Somewhere in the last lingering
darkness of Gotham's night a scared and ill girl hides from the horrors
of the earlier evening -- needing medical attention and care...
It's
Show Time in Gotham: While on patrol in the heart of the city, a
distrubance errupts in a nearby park. But Nightwing can't possibly anticipate
the sort of disturbance that occurs... or be entirely ready for the
individual behind it...
And
Just Who Let Her In?: With a little time to spare before his customary
evening patrol, Dick ventures down into the Bat Cave with Barbara to
talk with Bruce... and discovers that there is already an unexpected
member of Batman's inner circle present in the shadowy confines of the
cavern...
Obstacles
of the Body and Mind: Despite busy days and even busier nights,
Dick finally manages to catch up to Sasha one evening in the Bat Cave
and spend a little time helping her with her training... something very
important if she is to stay an employee of Bruce Wayne by day... and
Batman by night...
Guilt
and Other Old Friends: With a brief lull and a little free time,
Dick decides to drop back by Barbara's apartment, this time to check
in on Cassie -- the recently injured Batgirl. Of course, visiting with
someone who doesn't talk or socialize a great deal can be a rather interesting
experience...
What's
So Great About Being Special?: Acting on his earlier promise to
drop by and check in on Cassie and Barbara, Dick stops by their apartment.
But as usual, even that simple sort of social visit can not be entirely
unmarred by the unofficial job they all pursue...
