Hi! :) Welcome to By Night, a fanlisting based around the real Moulin Rouge in Paris, France. This fanlisting is owned by Dominique, who is very proud to have her own Moulin Rouge fanlisting, being very obsessed with the Moulin Rouge herself. (Both the place and the movie). Wait a second. What is a fanlisting, you say?
