- All GreenApple jewelleries are sent out in new and perfect condition. In any event that your item/s are received in damaged condition, please notify us immediately (within two days of receiving the item/s), and upon the receipt of the damaged good/s in its original and unused condition, we will arrange for a replacement, with free delivery. However, we are not responsible for any loss of item/s through mail.
- Please note that there might be slight variations in colour between the pictures and the actual item. This is due to the quality of photos. While all effort is made to reduce any inaccuracy, there might still be some unavoidable slight differences.
- Jewelleries in GreenApple are made with a careful combination of plastic, glass and ceramic beads, and are held together using various metals. GreenApple will not be held responsible if you develop an allergic reaction to any of the jewellery.
- Please note that once orders are submitted via e-mail, they are final and binding, and cannot be cancelled while confirmation is pending.
- Please understand that while every effort is made to accept all orders, since the items here have a maximum quantity of 3, eventually, transactions will be made according to first-come-first-serve basis. In the event that the ordered item is out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail. I also request that you consider other items in GreenApple. |
