Nigel Schneider, 75, of Elizabethtown, died 4:50 a.m. Tuesday, May 8, 2001, at St. Mary's Medical Center in Evansville, Ind. She was born June 4, 1925, in Saline Mines to the late Alvin and Edna (Patton) Ozee. Nigel was married to L. Glenn Schneider January 4, 1946. He died in 1981. Nigel was a homemaker. Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 11, 2001, at Vickery Funeral Chapel in Ridgway. Graveside service is 10 a.m. Saturday, May 12, 2001, at Elmwood Cemetery in Equality. Those attending should go directly to the cemetery. The Rev. Steve Dunn is officiating. She is survived by her son, Larry Schneider, Elizabethtown; sister, Betty Crowder, Woodriver; brothers, Walter Ozee, Herod, and Clifford Ozee, Elizabethtown. The family suggests donations may be made at St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
