| About me When I was in high school, I had this story in my head, begging to be told. I wrote down a few ideas and set it aside. Later I felt the desire to tell my story again. I pulled out my old notes, threw them away and started over. This time I read every book on writing I could find, I attended writer's conferences and seminars. I talked to every author I could and got advice and help. After dozens of rejections, has the story improved enough? Apparently not. I have improved though and I am grateful for the opportunities for learning and growth. I currently live in Nephi, Utah with my wonderful husband and five, dare I say perfect, children. Although I have very little published at this point, I am confident that my time is coming and would love to share what I have with you. One article for the New Era was accepted but as of yet has not been printed. Entitled, A Brother's Influence, it's the true story of how my brother changed and influenced my life.
