SOME BASIC PRAYER IDEAS:
Ø
Prayers
can be made for various reasons:
·
Thanksgiving
(what blessings have you received in your life?)
·
Supplication
(what should we ask for from God?)
·
Contrition
(what should we ask forgiveness for from God?)
·
Adoration
(how can we offer praise to God?)
The Bible:
v Each day there are
readings that are assigned to be read at mass.
v If one of these readings
strikes you, you could read it out loud.
v If you choose this, make
sure you’ve read it ahead of time.
v Be ready to say
something about it (what do you think it means?
How does it speak to you?)
This
link will show the readings of the day.
