FAQ'S

What type of credit cards are accepted as payments?                     We accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover Cards.
Be sure to provide your "exact" credit card number, expiration date, credit card ID #, and billing address that your credit card bank has on file. Incorrect information will cause a problem in credit validation, which may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed when your order ships only for the items shipped and actual shipping costs.

Credit Cards:
Your credit card will initially be "authorized" for 10% above the exact amount of your product purchase to reserve for shipping & tax charges. Your card will only be charged the actual amount when your order ships. The credit will be put back on your card within 7 days depending on your bank.

Debit Cards:
Your debit card will initially authorize the actual total of your order, but when your order ships a second authorization occurs which includes product, freight and taxes, if any. Only the second authorization will be withdrawn from your bank account. However, your bank credit may be temporarily unavailable by the amount of the initial authorization. Your bank can advise when these funds become available to you.

Does International Party Supplies accepts purchase orders?
Schools, hospitals and government agencies may submit a valid Purchase Order. Purchase Order forms must be faxed to 1-800-519-1013 before we can process your Order. Please contact us at 1-800-519-1012 for more info and help.

 

  Can International Party Supplies custom imprint items?                            Many of the items in our line can be custom imprinted with your personal message, logo or firm saying. Some imprinted items require minimum quantities and additional plate charges which will be cited in the product description. Some imprinted items will be shipped from different locations and in separate packages requiring an additional shipping charge. Please call us with questions about imprinted items at 1-800-519-1012 and ask for Customer Service.
   

How do I know my order was received?                                                     Our receipt of your electronic or other form of order, and your receipt of our electronic Order Confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. In the event we do not have an item in stock, we will backorder the item so long as we can deliver it before your event date. We'll ship your order without the "out-of-stock" item, and we will try to contact you for a replacement.

  How can I my order?                                                                                We will mail you an Order Shipped notice and a tracking number so you can track your packages. You can login to our site in the upper right corner of our home page to check the shipping status of your order.
  What is the return policy that International Party Supplies has?                You can return an item for any reason. We will be glad to replace the item, exchange it for new merchandise, or issue a full refund for merchandise only, (except for glow, wigs & worn costumes which are non-returnable). Products may be returned for replacement or refund as follows.
  1. You must contact us within 14 days of the invoice date for you to obtain a Return Authorization ("RA") number. This RA number must be written on the back of your packing slip that you return to us with your merchandise. We need this RA number to identify the correct amount to be credited to your charge card, and to properly restock the item. An RA number is good for only one order return at a time.
  2. If possible, please advise us what was wrong with the item for quality control.
  3. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns which were not a result of our missing a specified delivery date.
  4. Returned items will only be accepted in original, unopened packaging. All returns should be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number. It is also a good idea for you to insure the package for its content value.
 
  What sales taxes are applied to my order?                                                 We automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax only for orders delivered to addresses within the states of Texas. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state, if applicable.
 
  Is my information secured?                                                                         This is a Secured Site that provides security encryption using a Certified Digital Signature from VeriSign, Inc and by using high level firewall technology. If you use a credit card to order online, your credit information will be encrypted, confidential and security protected.
  What are the International Party Supplies Acceptance of Terms & Conditions?                                                                                                       Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. We continue to make changes to our site, so these Terms and Conditions are subject to change.

Jurisdiction and Venue:
You agree that any legal action brought against us shall be governed by the laws of the State Texas without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on our site shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Texas.

WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD ON THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU AGREE THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO US ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD ON OUR SITE SHALL BE THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT ORDERED.
