Comm Arthur Sinclair CSN buried Fleetwood, Lancashire, England was buried on June 3 1865 in Fleetwood ,his body having been washed up on the shore ,drowned.
Capt. HENRY WEMYSS FIELDEN ,CSA.......died 18 June 1921....Burwash ,Sussex.

CS Chaplain Thomas Davenport Ozanne buried St Peter Port ,Guernsey  in 1868

Col. Richard CARY of the 30th Virginia Infantry buried in Falmouth ,England.

MAURICE BERKELEY PORTMAN,.ADC to Wade Hampton, died North Petherton ,Somerset 12 Jan 1888.
Maj. WILLIAM ANDERSON,Palmetto Sharpshooters, died Manchester July 4 1862 .

WILLIAM LAMPRIERE KNIGHT 3rd Alabama Inf. buried Croydon. Occupation Venetian blind maker !

D H LLEWELLYN Assistant Surgeon CSS Alabama  has a plaque at Charring Cross Medical School,London

Samuel Henry ,ward-room cook on the CSS Alabama 1862-64 was I believe buried in LIverpool after 1912

It appears JAMES GLEVIN of the CSS Alabama is buried in Maryport Cemetery ,Scotland,    he was buried 31 Jan 1915.

William Morgan ......CSS Alabama ..buried LIverpool.

Hi...Latest find in England CAPT JOHN ROWAN died 1867 buried grave 1061 C in St James Liverpool NOV 1867

JOHN W McDONALD............CSS Florida.....died March 20 1865,age 28,buried West Derby Necrpolis,Liverpool ,grave no.240

Mrs M M D Slidell wife of John Slidell of Louisiana buried 1870 Brighton age 52.

Col. Richard  Milton Cary,30th Virginia Inf. died March 15 1886 in Woodfield,Budock buried Falmouth ,Cornwall. PHOTO ENCLOSED

George Townley FULLAM of the CSS Alabama was lost at sea after the war ,but is mentioned on the family grave at Charterhouse,Hull,E.Yorks

Additions:

John "Yank" Tallentine........his grandson who is alive and 80+, says he was in the CS Navy and is buried in Bridlington cemetery. (He Has No Marker, I Can Get One From The SCV.)

William Watson,  was a blockade runner and later served 3 yrs in the CS Army, he is believed buried in Seamer nr.Scarborough, this is confirmed(his service  that is, grave search begins tomorrow)

Josephus Thomas Scholfield, served with the US cavalry, battles incuded Bull Run (1st), South Mountain and Antietam,never wounded(letter written to England suggests strongly he was in the cavalry),died Oct 1891,buried Bridlington cemetery.

Information on Above three provided by Norman Creaser of Middleton , N. Yorks, who studied N. American  immigrants fom E. Yorks as part of his University degree
