DAY TWO

Finally hooked up with Lars. Got to his apartment around 11:30am, but he was not home. His brother and his brothers girlfriends, Vicki, were staying with him, so Kelly and I hung out with them until Lars' got home from work. He showed up with his parents and we all chatted awhile. Lars fixed some bratwurst, but Kelly, Lars' mother and I didn't want that. Instead, the three of us drove up to Burger King for lunch. We ate it back at Lars' apartment.

Janine showed up for a few minutes to pick up something, then Kelly and I helped haul a bunch of gift baskets to the hotel. The baskets were for the out of town guests. When that was done we drove out to a mall where the Norris family were having family pictures done. Kelly and I walked around the mall while the others were getting their pics done. It was a pretty unexciting mall, 'cept for the kids play area that was designed to look like breakfast food. I also bought a book there, Clive Cusslers latest, "Valhalla Rising."

When were were done at that mall, we headed over to another mall to try on the tux's. This mall was a much nicer mall, and much bigger. We went into the 'Outdoor World' store for a few first, just to check it out. Neat place. We then headed to the tux place and as luck would have it, mine was not there. Kelly and I decided we would walk around this mall some while the others tried on their tux's.
