The first really annoying part of this whole install involves a little drilling with a hand drill and/or drill press. Apparently, Isuzu installs it's leaf spring clamps with a large rivet. These clamps must be removed (by drilling out the rivet) and discarded. The new Calmini leaves will install in the middle of the entire assembly between leaf's 2 and 3. (See arrow above)
Once this is done, you can install the new center bolts, tighten them down, and cut off any excess left behind. (use a hack saw)
You also must drill out the spring pad on the axle tube to 1/2". Since I don't see anyone detaching the axle to do this, try to find a nice high speed drill instead.
