| Weapon: Bing Feng Jen (the Ice Pheonix Blade) Owner: Mai Nakamura Level: 4 Description: The weapon appears as an ornate Chinese Tai Dao with a jade inlayed maogany handle, ending on one end on a smal ball and on the other with a barbed blade. the metal of the blade has a bluish tint to it and is engraved with an Asian pheonix History: N/A Abilities: The Bing Feng Jen has serveral potent abilities, the first of which is to inflict Aggravated damage upon Shen. The Ice blade "bites" with aggravated damage equal to that of a Halbard. Beyond this, the blade gives the owner the power to summon a "mini" Blizzard, dropping the temp of an area to dangerous leveles, enough to inflict a continuous unsoakable HL of damage to an being in the area who are vulnerable to temp extremes. The snow and winds created by this affect also obscure vision for all but the user, adding +2 diff to all perection related and dex based skills & Talents. The blade's greatest ability is to summon its eternal passenger from itself. A Ice elemental named Cheung. The elemental's stats mach those of the fire elemental presented in Land of 8 Million Dreams but all the effects are cold and ice based instaed of fire and Cheung 's Yugen is 140. The weapon also affords thw user an immunity to cold itself. To use the blade for anything beyond a simple weapon the owner must permanently sacrifice a point of his/her Yin chi to bond with the resident Elemental. |
