ORDERING POLICY
- Prices are subject to change without notice

- Designs by Blue is an online and mail order company.
   You willl not find these creations in any stores.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
- We accept personal checks*, cashier's checks, money orders, & Paypal.

     *Orders paid by personal check will be shipped
       after check has cleared. There will be a $35.00
       fee assessed to all returned checks.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Designs by Blue prides itself in offering one simple price.
    All our items include shipping & handling charges.

- An additonal $5.00 will be added to all rush orders.

RETURN POLICY
- Designs by Blue stands behind the quality & craftmanship
   of all its products. If you are unsatisfied with any of
    our items please take the following steps:

         1. An email must be submited to Designs by Blue
             within 14 days of the item being shipped.
              This email must consist of a detailed reason
               as to why the product is being returned.

          2. Designs by Blue will analyze the reason
               of the return and reply with further instructions.

- Items must be returned in original condition
          accompanied by invoice

GUARANTEE
- All of your personal information given to Designs by Blue
such as name, address, and payment information will
   be used only for the purpose of filling your order
   Personal information will not be used or sold for any other
   purposes such as marketing.
