Do you offer discounts to non-profit organizations and/or charities
Yes. Design Equitation offers a 20% discount to all recognized non-profit organizations and charities.

Do you offer hosting?
No. Unfortunately we do not have a hosting plan or option currently available to our clients. With our expertise and care however, we will be happy to research a plan that best meets your needs.

Will you maintain my website?
Yes. However, there is a $25 (USD)/hour surcharge for this service with a minimum of 3 hours per month.

I am interested in a design would like to shop around first. Do you offer free price estimates?
Yes. You can request a price estimate by filling out the form Here or by sending us detailed outline of your projects needs.

Graphic design can be expensive, and my business is just starting out, is there a Payment Plan option available?
Yes. Websites containing more than $500+ (USD) are eligible for a monthly payment plan. A 20% deposit is due before the start of all projects, with the ending balance spread out over the course of 6-12 months.

Am I required to supply my own pictures (digital or hard copy) for the project?
No. However, it is highly encouraged that you do so. Every picture that Design-Equitation has to request permission to use, will set the completion date back 3-5 business days. If you do not have digital pictures, you may send a SASE with hard copy photos to

Will you teach me how to update my website?
Yes. However, this is limited to a brief tutorial and is strictly limited to text and photo adjustments. Fortunately, we understand that you may choose to maintain the site yourself and try to make the process as easy as possible.
