I will come to your house, cook for you, then put the food away in containers in the fridge or freezer and clean up the kitchen.
I can work with you in selecting healthy delicious dishes for you that best serve your needs. I can accomodate all dietary concerns. I give you a choice of either doing the groceries yourself or letting me do it.If you want me to shop from a particular store, I would be most happy to oblige you. You can select a biweekly service, or as often as you need.
Rates: $100.00 for upto 5 hours of work.
This is, if you do the groceries.
If I do the groceries, add 25% to the cost of groceries plus $25.00 for shopping time.
