Marinated Vegetables
Ingredients

1 small cauliflower-divide in bite size pieces.

3 cups broccoli-divide like cauliflower

2 cups cherry tomatoes or tomato wedges

2 cups celery-cut in � inch pieces

3 cups carrots-cut in sticks

 2 cups mushrooms-fresh or canned

1 green pepper-cut in strips or rings

1 red pepper-cut in strips or rings

1 large onion-cut into rings

1 bottle of Golden Italian Dressing (250 ml)

Method
Combine vegetables in large bowl. Distribute dressing
over all the vegetables and mix. Let stand in refrigerator for 3 hours or over night. Mix
occasionally. Enjoy!
