My visit to Rome:
It took Audry Hepborn only one day to see whole of the Rome in the famous 1953 movie Roman Holiday, but as Judy Garlend said in the famous film �The Wizard of Oz� - �There is no place like Rome� - I decided to stay inside the city of Rome as long as I could - and see as much as possible in one visit.

I have spent six days in Rome, which of course were not enough, and are detailed below, with some of my insights as well.

I have described all places I have seen, of which some have been better and some have been less interesting. The site is organized according to the days of my visit, but also there is a subdivision according to areas.

Trip itinerary:
Day 1 - Monday 25/10/04 - Arrival to Rome; The Roman Triangle: Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, the Pantheon, and Piazza Navona.

Day 2 - Tuesday 26/10/04 - The Ancient Center of Rome: Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, The Colosseum and San Pietro in Vincoli.

Day 3 - Wednesday 27/10/04 - The Vatican: Vatican Museums, St. Peter's Cathedral and Castel Sant'Angelo.

Day 4 - Thursday 28/10/04 - Northeast Rome: Villa Borghese and Villa Giulia.
The Forum: Trajan's Forum and Bocca della Verita
Termini  area: Palazzo Massimo alle Terme.

Day 5 - Friday 29/10/04 - Via Appia Antica and Catacombes; Jewish Ghetto, Tiber Island and Trastevere; Campo de Fiori.

Day 6 - Saturday 31/10/04 - Capitoline Museums; Night Tour of Rome.
