Hampstead Heath and Golders Green Park:
Christmas in London is NO FUN AT ALL -- ALL THE SHOPS ARE CLOSED. NO TUBE, NOR ANY BUSSES.
I had to stay next to were I stayed, and so walked around in the area,
The Heath is very wild and nice -- though muddy because of the rain.
The park is more cultivated and one can spend a few nice hours walking in the forest.
