Venezuela, quien de una manera muy CLARA nos REVELA el APOCALIPTICO mundo que esta 
detras del ESCENARIO DE UNA MOLECULA. Esta NOS PERMITIRA CONOCER Y

Hola Jose, lei tus ultimas publicaciones, la verdad es que han sido tremendos BATACAZOS, dime 
hasta cuando sigues con eso ? 
- DErmagic: 
Es la ultima por ahora, tenia que terminar de contar la historia, ya estoy un poco cansado de eso. 
Pero me siento bien pues he brindado un servicio a pacientes y medicos revelando esas verdades. 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
Se comenta por alli, que recibiste unos millones de un LABORATORIO para que publicaras todo 
eso, querian "CONGELAR A SHERING-PLOUGH para comprarlo luego, que hay de verdad en 
ello ? 
- DErmagic: 
No quiero hablar de eso, se ha especulado mucho por alli, PERO te digo que todo inicio 
casualmente cuando PENSE hacer la revision de LORATADINA VS DESLORATADINA, me 
consegui con el ARTICULO DE PUBLIC CITIZEN y alli estallo la bomba. NO sabia que el 
LABORATORIO estaba con esos grandes PROBLEMAS, y yo MONTE LA REVISION, la 
verdad no sabia lo que tenia en mis manos. 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
Dejame decirte que esas publicaciones te hicieron FAMOSO en todo el mundo. Tanto como las 
publicaciones netamente dermatologicas. 
- DErmagic: 
TODO FUE ALGO PERSONAL, pues luego de la primera publicacion empezo un enfrentamiento 
que culmino PARA MI, hace dias con la ultima revision, toda una historia donde se revela el mundo 
que se mueve alrededor de una MOLECULA. 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
Dermagic venia publicando articulos de INTERES, EN EL AREA DERMATOLOGICA, pero 
cuando te fuistes con las moleculas la gente SE METIO con todo a TU PAGINA. Y de paso te 
metiste con un LABORATORIO de gran prestigio nacional e internacional. 
- Dermagic: 
Hice mal en ello ? o preferias que muriera callado. 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
No, estuvieron muy buenas, excelentes, de verdad te felicito, no quisiera estar ahora en las botas de 
Schering-p. Dime que paso realmente. ? 
- DErmagic: 
El Laboratorio me LLAMO despues de la segunda publicacion y me dijo que tenia mala intencion, 
ESO ME MOLESTO AL MAXIMO. y cargue mis baterias, y me fui con todo. No iba a permitir 
que se metieran con EL DERMAGIC. 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
No te ofrecieron dinero ? para que te detuvieras ? esa es una practica que hacemos CASI TODOS 
LOS LABORATORIOS, cuando el mundo se nos pone chiquito, aflojamos billete y aplacamos a 
todo el mundo. 
- DErmagic: 
No, nunca me ofrecieron dinero, yo los invite a mi oficina para que hablaramos sobre sus tres 
moleculas con problemas, AULIN (nimesulide), CLARITYNE(loratadina) Y AERIUS 
(desloratadina)

Y que paso ? 
- Dermagic: 
Nunca vinieron. Realmente NO ME INTERESABA que vinieran, queria BOTAR PARA LA RED 
TODO LO QUE SABIA sobre esas moleculas y lo logre.

DERMAGIC es muy conocida a nivel mundial, entre PUBLIC CITIZEN, LA FDA Y tu PAGINA 
el LABORATORIO perdio mucho. Tuvo que pagarle a la FDA 500 MILLONES DE DOLARES, 
segun se comenta para la aprobacion de UNA MOLECULA que ni siquiera se sabe si se va a 
vender. Los americanos son muy conservadores y duros cuando se enteran de UNA VERDAD. Se 
comprobo que la LORATADINA ES SOLO 50% EFECTIVA, ademas de ello hay unas cuantas 
demandas.

Y que tiene que ver DERMAGIC con eso ? eso se sabia desde 1.999, cuando public CITIZEN 
EMPEZO su bombardeo al laboratorio. yo ESTABA LEJOS en ese tiempo.

Exacto, PERO TUS PUBLICACIONES le dieron la vuelta al planeta y son leidas por mas de 
2.000 dermatologos en todo el mundo y media humanidad se entero DE ESE AFFAIR por tu 
pagina. y para terminar DEMOSTRASTE QUE LA LORATADINA Y DESLORATADINA son 
casi lo mismo, hablaste de SEPRACOR, bueno tu sabes todo eso mejor que yo. Las ventas 
cayeron. 
- DErmagic: 
ok, ok fue un servicio social y humanitario, me gusta la justicia, y que tiene que ver eso con la 
montaña de dinero. 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
Muy sencillo, mientras esas paginas esten montadas en el DERMAGIC el laboratorio seguira 
CONGELADO. Pues cada dia segun me has dicho se mete mas gente a tu pagina, eso significa que 
CADA DIA QUE PASA, se VENDE MENOS AULIN, CLARITYNE Y AERIUS. 
Independientemente de las ESTRATEGIAS DE MERCADEO QUE EL LABORATORIO 
DESARROLLE, alli estan las paginas MONUMENTOS A UNA VERDAD que destapo el 
DERMAGIC. y el Laboratorio NO PUEDE NI PODRA CONTRA ESO. 
- DErmagic: 
En serio ? 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
Te digo que estan CONGELADOS, yo pertenezco a ese MEDIO y se como se mueve todo. 
Como vas a vender una MOLECULA tan cuestionada como esas tres Y NO solo a nivel nacional, 
LA COSA ES A NIVEL INTERNACIONAL TAMBIEN. Ellos seguiran diciendo que su nivel de 
VENTAS es excelente, nunca van a decir que estan HERIDOS de muerte. Un laboratorio estuvo a 
punto de comprarlos hace un MES, Y YU SABES CUAL ES. 
- DErmagic: 
Si, me dieron esa informacion. 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
LO que quiero decirte con esto es QUE ningun laboratorio VA A COMPRAR O FUSIONARSE 
con S-P asi de simple, mientras esten ESAS PAGINAS EN LA RED. Estaria comprando 3 
moleculas altamente CUESTIONADAS. Ellos tienen por ley que NEGOCIAR CON 
DERMAGIC, PUBLIC CITIZEN Y LA FDA. Y si NO lo hacen tienen todas las de perder. 
- DErmagic: 
No creo mucho en ello. Ya lo hubieran hecho. 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
Ya lo hicieron con la FDA, Ellos cometieron 2 GRANDES ERRORES: 
PRIMERO, desacreditar a PUBLIC CITIZEN. eso fue fatal para ellos. 
SEGUNDO: Subestimaron AL DERMAGIC, nunca pensaron que ibas a llegar HASTA EL 
FONDO DE TODO, y eso los mato. 
- DErmagic: 
Me estas dando la razon, si estan ya congelados, COMO VAN a salir de abajo, tu que pertences a 
ese medio dime porque dejaron que TODO llegara hasta el FINAL. 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
Tu me lo dijiste, te las ingeniaste para mantenerlos LEJOS MIENTRAS tirabas CADA MES UNA 
REVISION haciendoles creer que era la ultima. 
- DErmagic: 
Me ayudo una chica en todo ello. Si la montaña de dinero llega, parte le pertenece. Pero dime que 
hubieses hecho tu como GERENTE de un laboratorio. ? 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
Te hubiese CALLADO LA BOCA. 
- Dermagic: 
Con amenazas ? 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
No Jose, eso de las amenazas que me contaste NO ES CIERTO, los laboratorios NO JUEGAN 
ASI, alguien DESESPERADO DEJO COLAR esa informacion para ver si te detenias, pero me 
parecio RIDICULO, por eso vine a hablar contigo. Para que siguieras tu camino. 
- DErmagic: 
O sea que a ti te gusta tambien, te gustaron mis revisiones. 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
Excelentes, nos benefician. 
- DErmagic: 
Y ENTONCES cual es el juego de LOS LABORATORIOS ? 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
EL DINERO mi hermano, ya te lo dije. Dejame contarte esto: Mi laboratorio PAGA A CIERTOS 
MEDICOS para que le saquen sus productos un porcentaje de ganancias MENSUALES o anuales, 
Y TE HABLO DE MILLONES. Pagamos CONGRESOS, viajes, etc, etc, CON LA SOLA 
FINALIDAD que nos prescriban el producto, ESO SE HACE EN TODO EL MUNDO Y 
TODOS LOS PAISES, nosotros movemos el billete. 
- DErmagic: 
Eso ya lo sabia, otro visitador me lo habia COMENTADO. Que esas practicas se hacen en 
CARACAS, MARACAY, VALENCIA Y MARACAIBO. Aun la molecula tenga problemas. ? 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
Lo unico que nos interesa es QUE SE VENDA la molecula Y PUNTO final, suena algo cruel, pero 
esa es nuestra mision, vender, y si hay problemas LOS TAPAMOS CON DINERO Y YA. 
- DErmagic: 
Estoy impresionado. 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
Asi es mi querido DOCTOR, asi nos movemos. Probablemente el LABORATORIO NO SE 
MANIFESTO CONTIGO POR TEMOR A QUE TU SE LO PUBLICASES en EL 
DERMAGIC, realmente te tienen respeto, yo diria que miedo a acercarse a ti, pues te consideran el 
PUBLIC CITEZEN Y LA FDA Venezolana y latinoamericana. Tu pagina es mas famosa que la DE 
LA SOCIEDAD VENEZOLANA DE DERMATOLOGIA. Eres el unico Venezolano 
DERMATOLOGO que es leido hasta en los paises Arabes, te parece poco ? 
- DErmagic: 
ok, ok, Ni tanto, solo hago lo que siento y pienso debo hacer. Pero estoy de acuerdo contigo. 
ELLOS cometieron grandes errores Y UNO DE ELLOS fue no venir a HABLAR CONMIGO. 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
A lo mejor te hubiesesn regalado un CARRO o una CASA o unos MILLONES y tu los hubieses 
agarrado, y LES HUBIERA SALIDO mas barato que la MILLONADA QUE ESTAN 
GASTANDO ahora en " levantar " esas moleculas. Hoy dia todo es diferente. 
- DErmagic: 
y SI les hubiese dicho que NO. 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
Todos en esta vida tenemos precio DERMAGIC, te hubiesen ofrecido algo bien TENTADOR que 
te aseguro habrias agarrado sin pensarlo dos veces.

Tienes razon, y que crees que pase ahora ? 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
Te lo voy a PINTAR DE ESTA MANERA: 
Si yo quiero seguir vendiendo mis MOLECULAS y veo que hay algo que me esta obstaculizando. 
Resuelvo, por ello te REPITO van a negociar con DERMAGIC. Y si el laboratorio es comprado 
por otro, tambien DEBEN NEGOCIAR, no les INTERESA QUE ESAS PAGINAS ESTEN 
MONTADAS EN LA RED. y si persisten en su obstinacion de NO NEGOCIAR estan quebrados, 
asi de simple. 
- DErmagic: 
Y entonces porque han esperado tanto. ??

Porque tienen MALA GERENCIA,POR NO DECIR otra palabra, y ademas probablemente se 
fijaron como PUNTO DE HONOR no darte ni un centavo, lo cual me parece RIDICULO, 
nosotros ya hubiesemos movido NUESTRO DINERO y nos hubiesemos evitado semejante LIO.

Y entonces. ? 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
Otro error mas, mientras mas tiempo dejen pasar mas perdidas tendran. Quiza tmbien esten 
esperando una desicion de ESTADOS UNIDOS, QUIEN al final es quien dice que debe hacerse, 
pero te digo que para mi fue un ERROR ESTRATEGICO y OPERACIONAL. 
- DErmagic: 
Dejame decirte que yo jamas ni nunca pense cuando inicie estas revisiones COMO SE MOVIA EL 
DINERO DETRAS DE UNA MOLECULA, ni pense en montañas de DINERO, ni en todo lo que 
esto traeria, ni en lo que me estas diciendo. Otro Visitador hace unos meses si me habia dicho algo 
de lo que tu me has comentado hoy, y estoy abriendo los ojos realmente. 
- Visitador medico: 
Quedate tranquilo DERMAGIC, y dejalos con su problema, al fin y al cabo, ELLOS son los 
responsables directos de TODO LO QUE LES PASO. Tu fuiste un portavoz nacional y mundial, 
mas nada. 
- DErmagic: 
Si tu fueses a negociar con DERMAGIC, como lo harias ? 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
Te compro la pagina y te hago firmar un convenio donde JAMAS NI NUNCA PODRAS meterte 
con MI LABORATORIO NI MIS MOLECULAS. Ni puedes divulgar la COMPRA. Todo en el 
mas absoluto secreto. 
- DErmagic: 
en otras palabras, adios DERMAGIC ? 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
Adios DErmagic, Con la " bola" de dinero que te daria, vale la pena decirle adios AL 
DERMAGIC. 
- DErmagic: 
Cuanto ofrecerias ??? 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
Te voy a decir algo porque te aprecio DERMAGIC, TU PAGINA vale hoy dia mas de 10 millones 
de dolares. 
- DErmagic: 
Estas loco, ?? porque tanto. ? 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
Comparalos con los 500 millones de dolares que la van a pagar a la FDA, no es nada 
DERMAGIC, y tu trabajo de divulgacion FUE MEJOR QUE EL DE LA FDA MISMA. 
Comparalos con la MILLONADA DE DOLARES que estan gastando para sacar a FLOTE sus 
moleculas, NO ES NADA MI AMIGO. Yo SE mejor que tu la CANTIDAD DE DINERO que 
mueve un laboratorio porque estoy dentro de el, y si te digo que es asi creelo. Recuerda tambien 
que alli hay revisiones sobre otras MOLECULAS que son unas JOYAS Y VALEN ORO PURO.

NO te emociones, quiza nunca se de eso, hay que tener un poco de suerte, o que el 
LABORATORIO QUE COMPRE A S-P, quiera negociar con el DERMAGIC, que a mi sano 
entender deberia hacerlo.

En eso estoy bien claro, no creo en fantasias, SOLO en hechos reales, me siento satisfecho por la 
labor cumplida y veremos que pasa. Gracias por suministrarme TANTA INFORMACION de 
veras te lo agradezco. Como puedo agradecerte tanto ? 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
No te olvides de prescribir mis moleculas !

ok, ok, tu moleculas estan bien ubicadas, y subiendo como la espuma.

Ese fue otro de sus grande errores, tu estas ENTRE LOS TRES PRIMEROS DEL estado Aragua 
como prescriptor de MOLECULAS, como se la va a ocurrir a un laboratorio ABANDONARTE, 
o enfrentarse con EL DERMAGIC, que tanta fama ha agarrado, hay que estar definitivamente 
locos.

Ya veremos que se traen, quien lo trae y Como lo traen.

Te voy a dar un consejo, dejalos que hablen, NO LES PIDAS NADA, escuchalos y NO FIRMES 
NADA QUE TE IMPIDA IR DE NUEVO A LA RED, de modo que puedas seguir con tus 
publicaciones pero cumpliendo con el ACUERDO de no HABLAR del LABORATORIO Y SUS 
MOLECULAS. 
- DErmagic: 
Y tu todavia crees en eso ? 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
Este es mi MUNDO Y LO CONOZCO MEJOR que tu DERMAGIC, mi laboratorio ya ha 
silenciado cosas que no le convienen CON DINERO POR DELANTE ok. Que la situacion SE 
REALIZE EN MODO DIFERENTE, porque tienen otra estrategia ya depende de ellos, pero la 
mayoria SE MUEVE DE ESA MANERA. NO viste que hasta en el senado Nortemericano fueron 
a parar los dolares de S-P, para extender la patende del Clarityne, gastaron unos MILLONES Y 
SE GANARON BILLONES con esa jugadita. 
- DErmagic: 
Si tienes razon, es un mundo duro y despiadado, sobrevive el mas fuerte. 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
Y que vas a hacer con EL CELEBREX de Pfizer y el VIOXX de Merck ? 
- DErmagic: 
Los voy a dejar tranquilos, POR AHORA, no porque sus MOLECULAS sean una maravilla, YA 
REVELE SUS PROBLEMAS. Por cierto, desde la publicacion al CELEBREX Y VIOXX, 
dejaron de visitarme estos laboratorios, LO CUAL me tiene sin cuidado. 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
Dejame decirte algo, los LABORATORIOS A VECES SE PONEN DE ACUERDO PARA 
VETAR a tal o cual MEDICO que les esta provocando problemas, NOSOTROS EN EL 
PASADO LO HICIMOS y llegamos a la conclusion de que esa PRACTICA no era NADA 
ETICA y saliamos perdiendo. Probablemente algunos LABORATORIOS te esten vetando 
para ver si bajas la guardia. A mi modo de ver las cosas me parece ESTUPIDO ESO DEL VETO, 
al final quien pierde es EL LABORATORIO. 
- DErmagic: 
Yo vete al laboratorio S-P aqui en mi oficina, y no prescribo ningun producto de ellos, han perdido 
una millonada conmigo, y lo hice porque NO FUERON NADA ETICOS CONMIGO. 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
Lo sabemos DERMAGIC, eso ya lo sabemos, nosotros sabemos que moleculas mueven los 
medicos y cuales no, pues tenemos dispositivos para controlarlos en las farmacias. 
- DErmagic: 
Si, ya otro visitador me habia comentado eso, a la final terminamos produciendole UNA 
MILLONADA A UN LABORATORIO ANUALMENTE y vienen a ofrecernos UNA TRISTE 
INVITACION A UN CONGRESO. Yo prescribo la molecula porque es BUENA Y PUNTO no 
ando pensando en recompensas. Pero el caso S-P es diferente.

No te preocupes DERMAGIC, ellos son los que estan REVENTADOS, dejalos tranquilos. Por alli 
viene la montaña, no la dejes escapar.

ok, ok, te hare caso.

Me entere por alli, que algunos visitadores te piden no hables de sus moleculas, es cierto ? 
- DErmagic: 
Si, totalmente. 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
La molecula Aulin (nimesulide) ha caido en ventas drasticamente, LO SABIAS ???, y el 
DERMAGIC ha sido determinante. 
- DErmagic: 
La gente de S-P sabe lo problematica que es esa molecula. Y lo mas indignante del asunto es que 
ELLOS saben que su molecula tiene problemas y se hacen los locos. 
- Gerente de Ventas: 
EScuchame DERMAGIC, todo visitador que entra por esa PUERTA, sabe todo los detalles de su 
molecula BUENOS Y MALOS, simplemente no te DICE LOS MALOS porque lo unico que le 
INTERESA ES QUE LE VENDAS EL PRODUCTO.

Si, ya lo se, lo aprendi con estas revisiones. Sabes que no TOLERO DE UN VISITADOR 
MEDICO, que me diga mentiras SOBRE SU PRODUCTO, si las descubro y se que me ha 
engañado, que se prepare, porque lo reviento CON una REVISION MAGISTRAL sobre la 
MOLECULA, yo creo que eso fue lo que paso con S-P. LES DESCUBRI los problemas, y para 
culminar la obra me dijeron " mal intencionado ". Caballero, alli PUBLIC CITIZEN Y DERMAGIC 
enfilaron TODA LA ARTILERIA, ya sabes los resultados.

Cual es el futuro de DErmagic ?

Seguir en la misma linea, EL DERMAGIC ya hizo fama y debe brindar buenas revisiones y asi
