PeopleSoft Developer
- Work on a team of developers, project managers, and testers to configure, customize and enhance the Services Procurement module of PeopleSoft 8.8. In a partnership with PeopleSoft, our development team is enhancing the system to fit the needs of the temporary services industry, which will in turn streamline the process of requesting and sourcing employees to the appropriate positions for their skills across the world. The product is currently in pilot in Europe.
Strong Financial Corporation (6/1999-8/2004)
Senior Software Engineer
- Worked as the senior developer on the implementation of PeopleSoft 8.8 HRMS. Responsibilities included writing data conversion programs, coding interfaces to other Strong systems using Application Engine and PeopleCode, and customizing delivered Self-Service pages and Workflow functionality.
Assisted with the implementation of PeopleSoft 8 Financials with responsibilities including the design and development of General Ledger interfaces from current Strong systems to PeopleSoft using SQR, Application Engine and PeopleCode interfacing with an Oracle 9i database.
- Assisted in the development of the front-end of both the account access and public portions of the Strong website, Strong.com, using HTML, XML, client-side and server-side JavaScript, Perl, and JSP utilizing the Broadvision one-to-one interaction manager.
- Served as primary for Strong�s Retail Integrated Voice Response System that provides quote, balance, and transaction features for Strong shareholders. As a critical system, the IVRS accounts for 30% of all contact with Strong shareholders. Develop new features on a UNIX platform using Brite Write1-SGL language that compiles to C utilizing Sybase databases.

Internship
- Developed for the Strong Intranet using Microsoft Technologies. Developed Web Applications interacting with Microsoft SQL Server and Access databases using Active Server Pages, VBScript, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL. Maintained systems as well as analyzing and resolving issues. A member of the Strong Y2K Working Group with duties including building and implementing an online database for tracking and managing Strong�s inventory, keeping open communications between Strong and vendors concerning Y2K progress, and the testing of Strong systems.
