supercala.com Here is a site where a friend is a reviewer.  Cool guy so I can trust most of this sites opinons... I think.
Academy Awards The big Hollywood thing every year.
Rotten Tomatoes Bad name, some good information
Oscar Watch - This site keeps up with the latest 'buzz'
My Movies  This is basically a list of the movies I own.  A good place to keep track of yours (as I do mine) is on the Internet Movie Database.  I highly recommend this site for everyone who has a question about any movie.  Instead of listing them all here, I have provided links to the two medium on which they are recorded i.e. DVD and VIDEO TAPE
This list is constantly changing and I often forget to update it.  I have listed movies I have seen most recently that I can remember.  If you can think of any to recommend, please let me know!  We get on these kicks of going to the theater and will see several, then go for a while without actually venturing to the theater.  We do watch quite a few on AMC and TCM though.
NEW!  Check out my Humphrey Bogart page!
The Quiet Man - Starring John Wayne and Maureen O'Hara -  This was a good movie.  John Wayne as an ex-boxer who moves back to Ireland and buys the family farm and marries Maureen O'Hara.  The fight between Sean Thornton and his brother in law is very funny!

The Maltese Falcon - Melody watched this for the first time and enjoyed it.  One of the reasons I like it is because I have been to some of the locals in San Francisco and walked in Sam Spade's footsteps so to speak.  That, and it's a Humprey Bogart movie!

Splendor in the Grass - One of Melody's favorite movies.  It was a little slow paced for me, but it was still a good movie about how the lives and fortunes of people change over the course of just a few years.  Worth watching if you get the chance.  Stars Natalie Wood and a very young Warren Beatty!

Pirates of the Carribean - I loved this movie!  As a matter of fact, Melody and I have seen it twice!  Johnny Depp is a great pirate!  Avast!  ye best be seein' this movie ya landlubber!
American Movie Classics - One of my favorite movie channles - but they have commercials.
Turner Classic Movies - Not that I am Ted Turner fan, but he's got a great station here.
