The closest thing that I remember to Arnold's on Happy Days was Christian's Drive-In. (I wish I could remember the street it was on.) You could drive up and park and a carhop would come out to your car for your order. Our parents would take us there sometimes on a Friday or Saturday night. We didn't get to eat out much - that used to be a real treat, not like it is today with people going out almost every night.
